Terms of service

Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. Use the service only for lawful, personal purposes and do not interfere with its operation, automate abusive attempts or try to access another person's private result.

Nature of the result

The result is an unsupervised online reasoning estimate for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, an official IQ certificate, a Mensa qualification or a basis for employment, education, immigration, credit or other high-impact decisions.

Free service and report unlock

The estimate, percentile and four-domain summary are free. After receiving them, completing a share or copy action unlocks the detailed interpretation, certificate PDF and item explanations for that attempt. A share action is an intent signal; we do not claim to verify publication.

Your private link

The signed capability is stored in your browser and protects the associated result. Do not copy private result URLs expecting them to work on another device. Phase 1 does not provide durable history or personal public result links.

Availability and changes

We may fix errors, replace future item versions, improve score models and suspend service for security or maintenance. Previously issued results keep their recorded test and score-model version. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular score or search ranking.

Intellectual property

The service interface, original questions, graphics, explanations and reports belong to IQTestHQ or its licensors. You may use your personal report, but may not scrape, republish or build a competing question bank from the content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and is not liable for decisions made from an online estimate or for indirect/consequential loss. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
